Hi everyone!
I have not had a go with the book, but the short notes (http://www.thelazyprojectmanager.com/) were an entertaining and useful read on the subject. We all know the value of prioritising and 'choosing a battle', but not always follow the principle...
By the way, the author will be the speaker on the next South event of the Chapter in basingstoke on 16th September! Looking forward to it.
